Gala celebrates the players who defined the 2025/26 season
After a season decided on grounds across Nairobi West, the branch put individual excellence centre stage and gave its leading players a night of their own.

The FKF Nairobi West End-of-Season 2025/26 Gala turned the spotlight from the pitch to the people who shaped the campaign, bringing players and the wider football community together for the branch's individual awards.
The evening's presentations included the Most Valuable Player, Golden Boot and Golden Glove awards. Gala photographs captured the winners stepping forward for their trophies as their season's work was displayed behind them on stage.
Three different measures of excellence
Each of the headline awards tells a different part of the football story. The Golden Boot records the finishing that changes scorelines, the Golden Glove recognises the last line of defence, and the Most Valuable Player award considers the influence a player carries across the whole season.

Together, the trophies recognise that a successful competition needs every kind of match-winner: the player who creates, the player who finishes and the goalkeeper who keeps a side alive when a game turns against it.
The season gets its finish line
An awards night gives the branch calendar a proper finish. Statistics become names, performances become memories and players whose work was spread across months of fixtures get a single moment in front of the whole football community.
The gala also leaves a marker for the season ahead. Every trophy on the stage began with the same ordinary work: training, travel, selection and the discipline to be available again the following weekend. The 2025/26 winners have now set the standard the next campaign must chase.
