Double kick-off: the Men's and Women's Regional Leagues are back this weekend
New stories, new stars, new champions, twice over. The branch's men and women take the field on the same weekend, and the grounds of Nairobi West will not be quiet again until June.

One weekend, two leagues. The FKF Nairobi West Men's Regional League and Women's Regional League both open their 2026/27 seasons on Saturday 26 September, and by Sunday evening twenty-eight matches will have been played across the branch.
The Women's Regional League: sixteen clubs, one crown
The women's season starts on Saturday afternoon: City Inspectorate Lionesses host Amani Queens FC at NCC Ground at 2pm. Seven more matches follow on Sunday, at KSG Grounds, Mathare Depot, NYS HQ, NCC Ground, Nairobi West Prisons and SMA Ground.
Sunday's pick is hard to call. KSG Ogopalets meet Mountain Movers, NYS Queens face Achievers Ladies, Nairobi Prisons Queens take on Runda View Queens and Kuwinda Queens close the weekend against Thunder Cats. Sixteen clubs play each other home and away over thirty rounds, and the final whistle of the season blows on 9 May 2027.
The Men's Regional League: two zones, one top flight
The men open with four matches on Saturday and sixteen on Sunday, split evenly between Zone A and Zone B. Each zone has twenty clubs, and each club plays every other club in its zone home and away: thirty-eight matchdays and 760 fixtures before the last round on 20 June 2027.
Zone A covers the southern half of the branch and Zone B the northern half. Zone A opens at Boys Town Karen, CUK, Don Bosco Kuwinda, Don Bosco Utume, Jamhuri High, La Salle, Nazarene, Police Band, Prison Grounds and Toi Primary. Zone B opens at AHITI, Bamboo, Gachie Primary, Kabiria Primary, Kinyanjui Technical, KNH Grounds, NCC, Ruthimitu Primary and TUK.
Every table in both leagues is decided on points, then goal difference, then goals scored.
