1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who accesses the Platform, including public visitors, shoppers, club representatives, officials and administrators. It forms part of the Terms of Use.
2. Use the Platform lawfully
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and legitimate football, information, shopping or administration activities. You must follow Kenyan law, applicable FKF rules and any permissions attached to your account.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access another person’s account, restricted data, source systems or administrative functions without permission.
- Probing, scanning, bypassing controls, introducing malware, overloading services or otherwise disrupting the Platform.
- Automated scraping, harvesting or bulk extraction that burdens the service, republishes a database or collects personal data without a lawful basis.
- Submitting false registrations, results, team sheets, receipts, certificates, reports, orders or identity information.
- Impersonating the Branch, a club, an official, player or another person, or falsely implying endorsement.
- Publishing or transmitting threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, unlawful discrimination or content that endangers a child.
- Using non-public information for betting, match manipulation, intimidation, corruption or any activity that harms football integrity.
- Infringing copyright, trade marks, privacy, confidentiality or other rights.
4. Account and data responsibilities
- Use only the access level issued to you and never share credentials.
- Open or edit personal data only when required for your assigned branch function.
- Confirm records before publication and correct material errors promptly through the authorised workflow.
- Do not export, photograph, copy or retain restricted data for an unrelated purpose.
- Report a lost device, exposed password or suspicious activity without delay.
5. Responsible submissions
Submissions must be relevant, accurate and respectful. Do not upload secrets, unnecessary identification documents, malicious files or personal data you are not authorised to provide. Safeguarding concerns should use the appropriate confidential reporting route rather than a public channel.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit traffic, preserve evidence, reset credentials, suspend access or refer a matter to FKF, a regulator or law enforcement where reasonably necessary. Our response will take account of severity, risk, intent and any applicable disciplinary process.
7. Security research
Do not test the Platform without written authorisation. If you discover a possible vulnerability unintentionally, stop testing, do not access or retain personal data, and report the issue privately to info@fkfnairobiwest.ke with enough detail for us to investigate.
8. Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse to info@fkfnairobiwest.ke. For urgent threats to safety, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service first.
