1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to fkfnairobiwest.ke and its related digital services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. About the Platform
The Platform is operated by FKF Nairobi West Branch. It publishes branch news, fixtures, results, tables, club and player information, appointments and video links; provides authorised football-administration tools; and may offer tickets, merchandise, courses or other branch services.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- Public content may be viewed without an account. Restricted services are for people expressly authorised by the Branch.
- You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you reported its compromise without unreasonable delay.
- We may suspend or withdraw access where a role ends, security is at risk, information is inaccurate or these Terms are breached.
4. Official football information
We take care to publish accurate information, but fixtures, venues, appointments, tables, disciplinary outcomes and competition details can change. A notice formally issued by the Branch or Football Kenya Federation prevails over an earlier website entry where the two conflict.
5. Store, tickets and paid services
- Product availability, prices and delivery estimates may change before an order is accepted.
- Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when the Branch accepts the order or confirms fulfilment.
- Displayed prices are in Kenyan shillings and include taxes where stated. Delivery charges are shown before confirmation.
- Payment instructions must be followed only through a channel confirmed by the Branch. Never send a password, PIN or one-time code.
- Personalised goods may not be returnable except where defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by Kenyan consumer law.
- Event admission may also be subject to venue, competition and ticket-specific conditions presented at purchase.
6. User submissions
Where you submit text, images, team sheets, records, reports or documents, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are entitled to provide it, and that its use for the stated branch purpose does not violate another person’s rights.
You grant the Branch a non-exclusive licence to store, reproduce, adapt and communicate the submission only as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant service, administer football or publish content you intended for publication.
7. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Platform’s design, text, graphics, databases and original media are owned by or licensed to the Branch or Football Kenya Federation. Federation names, crests and competition marks may not be used in a way that implies endorsement or official status without permission.
You may view and share links to public pages for personal, editorial and non-commercial football purposes. Republishing substantial content, scraping databases, reselling data or using marks commercially requires prior written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, do not interfere with the Platform, seek unauthorised access, misuse personal data, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use content to manipulate a competition or harass participants.
9. Third-party services
Links, embedded media and services operated by third parties are provided for convenience. Their terms apply separately, and the Branch does not control their availability, content or data practices.
10. Availability and liability
We may maintain, change or withdraw parts of the Platform without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided as available and the Branch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits your mandatory consumer rights, or replaces the rules and appeal processes governing football decisions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes should first be raised with the Branch in good faith. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts or the competent football tribunal where sporting rules require it.
12. Contact and changes
