### Empowering Youth Through Football and Community Development

Kuwinda United Football Club is a community-based football club rooted in Kuwinda Slums, Karen, Nairobi, Kenya. Founded in the early 1980s, the club has a long-standing history of using football as a platform to bring together young people, develop talent, promote discipline, and create positive opportunities within the community.

The club officially joined the Football Kenya Federation (FKF) league structure in 2003, marking an important milestone in its journey towards competitive football. Today, Kuwinda United FC competes in the FKF Nairobi West Regional League, where it continues to develop local football talent and represent the Kuwinda community at competitive level.

The club also operates a feeder team, Kuwinda United Youth FC (B Team), which participates in the **FKF Langata Sub-County League**. The youth team provides a structured pathway for young and emerging players to gain competitive experience, develop their football abilities, and progress towards the senior team.

Kuwinda United FC conducts its regular training sessions at Karen C Primary School, while its home venue for league matches and friendly fixtures is Don Bosco Boys Technical, Karen.
